2 reps every minute
*build to a heavy double

then:
1 set of max reps
conventional deadlift
at 50% of heavy Sumo DL Double
obtained in EMOM

WOD
For time:
Deadlift 10-1 (135/95)
HRPU 1-10

10 DL + 1 HRPU
9 DL + 2 HRPU
8 DL + 3 HRPU
etc…..
