WOD: (Oxidative Efficiency Test)
Part A:
EMOM… Row for Cals
3-6-9-12-15-18-21-Etc.
(Add 3 Cals each round.)
*Score = number of Cals in last
round completed.

Then:

Part B:
3 x 400 M. Run Repeats
*1 Min. Rest

Then:

Part C:
3 Rounds (2 Min. On / 1 Min Off)
Max Rep Double Unders

*Sub. Single unders accordingly.
**Take a 3 Min. Rest between each
section.
***Score = Total Time + Cals and
Double Under Reps.
